Intent:

Smokebrush Foundation Innkeepers have the shared responsibility with the Lodging Manager of ensuring the smooth running of guest visits, including the scheduling process and operations of retreats and events onsite, as well as prompt and thorough response to inquiries via lodging email and AirBnB. This position is responsible for greeting guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding the Smokebrush campus, booking reservations, and cleaning of common areas. 

Job Summary:

Smokebrush Innkeeper is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for guests and potential guests. This person must have a high aptitude and professionalism to work with both internal and external customers and clients. Must work with all departments of the Smokebrush Foundation to put on successful guest stays, events, and workshops. Smokebrush Innkeepers are responsible for ensuring all areas inside the homes and on the patios are clean, sanitary, comfortable, and tidy. The Smokebrush Innkeepers directly report to the Smokebrush Lodging Manager.

Physical Requirements: 

Lifting 50 lbs (when necessary)

Walking up and down stairs, using step stools and/or ladders (with support)

Cleaning, sweeping and mopping motions
